     There is only one Rock in this weary land!   
     Many have unknowingly depended on a parent or spiritual leader instead of the Lord. How often do Christians want to talk to someone they consider to be wise, before talking to the Lord about the problem?
     We use the term "know the Lord" casually, and usually it is not true. Those who know He is the only Rock approach Him first, and then if they are led, they will seek a counselor through whom He might lead or encourage.
     To know him is to assume:

- He is listening
- He cares
- He will do something
- He alone has all power and knowledge
- He was waiting for you to come to Him!

     All are weary travelers, except Jesus.
