There is no question that the flesh
requires constant affirmation. What a lethal condition!
- Thankfully,
the Blood of Jesus has made it possible to simply keep quiet
when we have been wronged. If you do not keep quiet about it,
what is your motive for telling? I didn't ask your reason - I
asked your motive.
It is urgently pressed on
the Christian to exercise all caution in speaking any word against
anyone.
Be especially careful of speaking
against a brother. Talking about how that brother has wronged
you is speaking against him, because there is not a chance you
will tell the story without bias.
If you will obey and hold your
tongue, you will know release from the situation.
