- Discouragement
is the believer's subtle little cave of retreat.
- Read Joshua
chapter one.
We are instructed much about discouragement
in each book of the Bible, but particlularly in Joshua, Isaiah,
Jeremiah, and Hebrews.
Just watch for it and be careful. We
have clear instructions as to what to do - we are to step away
from it. We are not to be concerned with the thing we think
we find discouraging, rather we are to put away discouragement
and advance into the Light.

just dropping all self-defense and adopting obedience?
