      The One who came and died on the Cross for you told you that His name is The Word.
      That means He speaks, and He has specific things to say to you.
      Yes, He speaks through God's people, and of course He speaks through the written Word. Bt have you noticed that often the Lord speaks to us when we pray?
It is critical to assume that the Holy Spirit will be leading us in prayer, and that the Lord will talk to and with us as we pray.
     Many times I have stumbled over how to word a particular concern or observation to the Lord, and when I've yielded to the Spirit, just the wording of the thing to Him has made the path clear.
      He is a communicator beyond our comprehension, but not beyond our hearing.
If I long to hear from Him, He will speak.
     And I will hear.
     And there will be no mistaking His voice.
