     Tired?
Let's start at the beginning. Is the Bible true? Yes. Is time valuable, and must it be spent wisely? Yes.

Then we must learn to govern our bodies. It is after 1:30 in the morning, and I have just returned from an on-the-road symphony tour. We played in a hall that was excruciatingly hot, it was a four hour trip, and we were all tired to begin with. I have just answered an infinite amount of e-mails, and my body screams for rest. It will rest shortly, but first there are more important things to do.
I learned long ago that if I give in to the things that the body wants, I will be a slave to the body, and time is too short for that.
Hell is very real, and the lost need rescuing. What's more, my own heavenly family seems to be is serious disrepair, and they need supernatural love.
My body can not make decisions for me, and it has learned to respond. I have learned to perform concerts when it has seemed a physical impossibility and I have learned to keep walking with blisters, heavy baggage, and no food or water.
Don't forget - the body is a temporary temple, and it is the Holy Spirit who must make the decisions, not the temporary temple!
