Have you been badly hurt by someone?      It is to be expected. And one thing I have learned in Christian service is that the ones you have helped the most will often inflict the most severe wounds.      Consider the sovereignty of God. Nothing has escaped Him, and His head was not turned away for a moment. He heard it, saw it, and because He allowed it, we know it was for your good.      That means there must be a time in prayer (possibly many times) when the situation must be given up to the Lord. You must agree with Him according to His Word, and then there will be a sweetening to the sting.      We live in a fallen world and these things will happen until we are caught up in the air to meet Him. But in the meantime, all we give Him, He will use.      And He wants it all!
