       Busy?
Busy doing what? We are to be about the business of the Kingdom, and most believers have no idea what that means!
If you were to take a sampling of opinion, Christians would report all sorts of activities as the business of the Kingdom. Maybe some would be right and maybe they would be wrong.
The important thing is to be led by the Spirit, and then you can be assured of being about the Father's business! We have so conceptualized Christian work that we have reduced it to lists of definable activities.
That is amazing! When the Lord really got hold of Amy Carmichael, she went and lived among the dirty, lower class women who were called the "shawlies". She worked among them, ministered to them, and did whatever needed to be done. Mostly she loved them.
Let's see. You said you are busy - buying groceries? Talking on the phone? Planning next week's agenda? Driving around? Well, if you are being filled with and led by the Spirit of God, you may very well be building the Kingdom and serving the Lord. You could certainly live with the shawlies and never do a thing in the Kingdom.
The point is it is His business, and we must not limit His use of our lives by deciding what is and what isn't spiritual activity.
He created time, gave some to me, and I desperately want to spend it in the way He would have!
