We don't "make"
Jesus King of our lives, we submit to the already moving flow
of creation. While the Lover of Your Soul is most definitely knocking on the heart's door, the plan of eternity does not stop and wait for the Christian who is dragging his heels! He came, He gave his life, He arose, and He promised to take us to be with Him forever, but He will not hold up his hand to stop eternity's progress. The believer who is not eagerly pressing for the "treasures hidden up in Christ Jesus" is a fool, and will miss great reward. |
