We must be reminded
all the time! Emotions feel real, and are real feelings. But that does not mean they are reality! Reality is the Word of God, and nothing else! It doesn't matter what someone else does or says - it only matters what He does and says and what you do and say! Take a few seconds to look away from the thing that has engaged your attention. What kind of life do you want? Soon, you will be standing before the Lord in the believers' judgment. You will see your life as it really was. Make the choice now to walk before Him, according to His Word. Have you ever actually made that decision? Have you ever told Him that your deepest desire is to be changed to be like Him? Consider that today - tell Him - outloud! |
