The power with
God that a believer has lies in submission. There is no other way to walk with the Lord, and no impressive giration or miraculous feat can prove power with God. Pharoah's magicians could make tons of frogs! It didn't mean a thing, except that they were stupid enough to make more frogs. The precious, precious reality of God - that He is! It changes everything, and obliterates any valid reason for questioning, complaining, or waiting to obey. If you are even a little interested in the Lord, you will know in a second if you ever meet a man or woman who has pressed Him to teach surrender. There is real power with God. |
