The pursuit
of God must be vigorous. Your self opinion is not the issue and your inclination to pursue Him is not the issue - you must do it anyway! The first stage is learning to be consistent. The second stage is learning to allow the Lord to bring in the unpleasant and the unexpected and submit because He has already said He is in control The third stage is living in such a way that the needs of others come before our own. And guess what - these stages are not sequential! He is teaching us and bringing us to fruitful living in all these areas at the same time. Time is short and eternity is without measure! |
