We participate
in many things and we don't always know what they are. For example, Job had no way of knowing he had been pulled front and center by the Lord for the purpose of display in the unseen world. Of course, the Lord spoke to Job and dealt with him in the situation. Even after all was said and done, he had no indication in his lifetime that his faithfulness would be recorded for us to read and appreciate. The unseen world is just that - unseen. The purpose for all things is not limited to one forum, but my little brain can't begin to take in all the Lord can do with a few hours of immovable faith. Can He do anything He wants to? Or do we have limits? Lord, again, I ask to be made like you. I want you to go into the deepest places and burn out self. Please do what ever is needed to make this life and these faculties useful to yourself for purposes I would not understand now. |
