Complaint has a life of its own.
And it is not from heaven! The difference between a report and a complaint is that the complaint is loaded with negativity and the report is the presentation of attempted accuracy even though there may be unpleasant things to tell..
The Bible refers to complaining as "grumbling" and God doesn't like it. Grumbling kept the Israelites wandering in the wilderness for forty years, and nothing has changed to this day.
Grumblers still wander in the wilderness and even though there is provision and even blessing and deliverance, grumblers cannot see.
The Soldier of the Cross has times when he must tell it like it is, but his words may not be marinated in resentment or reflect that he has a personal stake in the hearer's dislike for the situation.
Many doors are open wide for satan to invade today's churches because there is much complaining and it is usually against those in authority. When discovered, these situations must be addressed in prayer and then a loving admonition must be delivered. If that is not effective, the next move should be some form of church discipline.
The media today complains about everything, and our homes are full of whining and complaining.
There is no complaining in heaven, and there ought not to be any in the Church.
