Do you realize
the Lord never tires of hearing the same things? He never never tires at all. We come to Him with things because we are so instructed, and we know He is listening. The Bible tells us that there are some things that are only granted be repeated request, and we often relinquish the victory because of passivity. The Holy Spirit is able to make clear when the request does not need to be made over and over. when things are repeated every five minutes out of fear or guilt, sometimes the Lord brings in a sense that once is enough. Other times, we bring our petitions until we see the answers. Soldier, do not pull back as you would before a mortal. He has instructed, and we must take Him at His Word! |
