The abundance
of the heart issues forth from the mouth! Yes, you should second-guess each spoken word. The universe was created by "His mighty word of power. . ." and we also create when we speak. Brothers and sisters, the tongue can be an instrument of death or it can create the capacity to display the Glory of God. No more idle comments or verbal frolic. Lord Jesus, I present my tongue to you and plead that you do the thing needed in me to bring about your likeness in this area. Oh Lord, please change life habits and addiction to ungodly thoughts . I love your Word and want to reflect you in my own speech. Please Lord, teach me to be a Living Sacrifice in this area. |
