Daily Devotionals by Ardith Keef

All things in Jesus I find.
Remember that line from the wonderful old hymn of the same name?
The sentence has deep meaning, and it means that there is nothing of any consequence apart from Him, and it also means I am conscious of the experience of the treasure "hidden up in Him," as it says in the Amplified Bible.
He is known through His Word, through His Own, and through prayer. In each case, it is the ministry of the Holy Spirit that brings His reality alive to us.
He didn't make us so that He could enjoy our lives from a distance and rule on problems like a judge behind an elevated bench.
     He came as a baby.
Then He died a torturesome death.
And He rose again so we could share His glory.
We were created for fellowship with Him. We are intended to worship Him.
When was the last time you were alone with Him and said "I love you?"
Never? Start today. Tell Him you love Him and list just a few things about Him that thrill you.
You will never be the same.
