Daily Devotionals by Ardith Keef

There must no be known sin.
While most of us feel like we bumble along, that feeling of inadequacy or
sometimes even defeat is not the same as known sin.
When a believer knows he is resisting obeying in an area, or even worse, when
he knows he is not in compliance with the Word, there is always an additional
witness of the Spirit that something is really, really wrong.
In these instances, the believer always knows of the thing that is being gripped
by the hand of his flesh, and he is able to confess the sin.
Many times these sins are things that are secret and are sins in the mind. They can
be fantasy, they can be serious and conscious resistance to the will of God, or they
can be flagrant, yet hidden violation of God;s law.
     Let the thing go.
     Confess and repent.
You will find physical ailments leave, Eternity is real again, and Fellowship is
restored.
There is no burden as heavy as known sin. It is manifested in anger and secret
conversations and fantasies in the mind.
If you can't hand it over, He can take it if you let Him. Al He requires is
submission.
The One who called you is more than able to lift the load.
