must read regularly, and you must read right through, over and over.

addition you must study, and that means you will move around. But the devotional 
reading of the Bible should be sequential.
Soldier, without regular taking 
in of The Word, we are underfed, we lack in vision, and there is no discernment.
You 
absolutely cannot fellowship with God by relying on knowledge.
You 
need the written Word in order to know the Living Word.
