Obedience makes the heart 
glad.
There is nothing that brings more release than pleasing God, and He 
is the most pleased by Obedience.
Healing is the reward of His Presence. 
And his Presence is guaranteed to those who obey.
Anything else is fruitless, 
uncomfortable
and unhealthy.
