Are you genuinely thankful 
for the painful things?
Didn't He say He would withhold no good thing from 
you?
Can He be trusted? If He can, you are missing a significant blessing 
when you are not thankful for the tough times.
Soldier of the Cross, Heaven 
will not hold big and little for us - or before or after. Nor will there be any 
picking up of the past.
Let it go and thank the Lord.
Look up and 
move on!
