Do
not get lazy about memorizing the word.
Remember also, why the Lord
wants us to do this - He does not encourage it as an intellectual
exercise nor does He want us to feel like we have daily done
our duty for God.
The verse says:
Thy
Word have I hid in My heart
that
I might not sin against Thee.
No hidden
Word, no holiness.
