- It is not a condescension
to tell a believer that he must remember that he cannot come
up with power.
We must remember that when Elijah was calling
down the fire to consume the water and the sacrifice, he did
nothing of his own, but knew to call on the only One who is the
originator of power.
When there is nothing you can do,
there is nothing you can do. and often you should not do the
things you can do.
We have been taught from child
hood (although we would not admit it) that beauty is power, that
knowledge is power, that education is power, that money is power
and that experience is power.
Those things add up to a bunch
of horses, and the Bible says nothing is won because of the strength
of a man's legs or the number of his horses.
There is power in the Blood. It
need to be a point of meditation and prayer until the Holy Spirit
opens heaven and reveals the power of God in clarity and more
specifically, the Power of the Blood.
- There is hardly
a person even interested, but for those few who are, He is there
and He is on display!
