A
Mighty Fortress is Our God;
A
Bulwark Never Failing. . .
In
this life, we need His protection and His surrounding solidness
all the time.
We do not have seasons of strength
and weakness - we are always weak. It is He who is strong and
constant and without flaw. Yet we still so often take the bait
and fall into self-examination because, unless we are vigorous
to seek Him in prayer and the Word, we creep into the deception
that we should be strong and only cling to Him when we feel
weak.
It is the divine design:
"I
am Weak, but Thou art Strong.
Jesus
Keep me from all Wrong.
I'll
be satisfied as long
As
I Walk, Dear Lord, Close to Thee" |
