Jesus came for
people. And not just a generic mass - He came to save and call individuals, and cares deeply and personally about your concerns and thoughts. Have you thought recently about the fact that He stands before the father and intercedes for you? What a staggering thought. Today in a restaurant, I was captivated as the waiter told me how he was distressed because of a truly incredible insurance situation. He had been broadsided, and the other party had been issued a ticket, yet, he was not able to get justice. As a law student preparing to take the bar, I was desperate to help him, and could see that he needed someone to take his side. And I am only a little human with limited vision and capacity. But the One who hung the stars in place and sustains the universe by "His Word of power" actually listens, cares, and takes up our case with the Father. Amazing! |
