Do
not try to win the unsaved by discussing things with them that
require the sight of the saved.
I am always stunned when Christians
speak thoughtlessly to the lost about things that they could
not possibly understand.
While it is true that the Holy
Spirit will say unexpected things to and through humans, wisdom
will restrain the seasoned and sensitive believer, and he will
not run off at the mouth when he is speaking to those who have
not yet seen or heard.
The motor-mouth Christian is one
who has not yet learned the value of words.
It is even more alarming when believers
complain to friends or unsaved family members about a church
or another believer's belief or behavior.
Stop it!
Even in heaven, discretion is the
better part of valor!
