If the battle
is the Lord's, why do we wrangle and squirm so?
Because we tend to evaluate
according to possibility, and He only does the impossible.
As a Soldier of the Cross, it is
critical to remember that our experience need not be battle strategy
- our experience must be experience with Him.
Once that basic lesson is learned,
no force in existence can make the soldier look at the storm
about Him. He will be like the Psalm 91 writer who has found
the secret place.
Why dodge the holographic bullets
all the time when we can hide in the cleft of the Rock, and be
observers only?
