When the
mind of the Soldier begins to spin it means the enemy is trying
to stop the building of the wall!
Don't forget, the Lord could call
us up to meet Him in the air in a matter of minutes! It is not
worth it to be distracted and yield to discouragement.
When Nehemiah discovered the early
attempts of the enemies of God to stop the rebuilding of the
wall and gates of Jerusalem, he called all the people together
and charged them to dig in and protect their wives, sons, daughters,
houses and lands.
He didn't mean take care of your
own first, he simply meant stand fast in what the Lord has already
said and do not allow the enemy any room in these areas under
your authority.
Soldier of the Cross, the Lord
will do as He said. Press your thoughts away from the gravity
of negativity and plunge in to the work of the Lord with renewed
vigor!
