There is no
request too small for the Lord. The dearest of friends do not divide our confidences or heartaches into ratings, and neither does He. He listens attentively to it all. The problem lies in that we usually do not bring things to him when they are splinters. We only come to Him when infection has set in and our concern has gone up a level. We don't need our problems solved - we need Wisdom. We need Him. We need to learn dependence. Those who actually take things to Him do not worry about being petty or redundant because the Holy Spirit deals with those things in prayer. He Who knows when each sparrow falls knows and wants to train us to bring it all to Him. |
