Worry
is an agreement with the enemy whose keen interest is the torture
of your mind. Soldier, learn to recognize worry. The Bible says we are not to worry and why is that? Because there is no reasonto do so. We have a sovereign Lord. He can and will provide the impossible at the last minute and He rarely works any other way. Yet, the flesh craves "on time and under budget" so that there can be control. Most of the time, satan does not need to spend much effort in getting the Christian to worry. He can simply shoot in some negative thoughts and the ground is fertile because the soul soil has been spread with control. Remember the Everlasting Arms? |
