What is it that
eats at you? The Lord longs to release you. The Bible teaches us that It Is Finished . These are not just words spoken by Jesus on the Cross because Redemption was completed - rather, He was speaking about the impact on the bridge between time and eternity. Oh Soldier of the Cross, listen to me once again: when you get to heaven, you will stand beside the Lord and you will look back into time. You will see in heaven's sort of way, all the things you sweated and contorted over during your Soldier life, and you will see how incredibly futile and ridiculous all the worry was. That is because it is finished. That doesn't mean we are passive, but it releases the Soldier Christian to move on to the next appointed movement and thought without the encumbrance of the thing that seems unresolved. I am telling you, when you get to heaven, you will understand that "time" was an element designed by God to prove the faith of His Soldiers and to prepare them for an eternity of active and heavenly Life. Is your spouse difficult? I am here to remind you that it is finished! Ask the Lord to reveal to you what He means by this and, Soldier, move on! |
