Wondering
why is a big waste of time.
We have things to do, and wondering
why is the agenda of the flesh, not the agenda of God.
Those who must obey don't
need to know why, they only need to know how to react, and the
Bible makes that clear for every situation.
What place does the why come from?
It seeps out of the porous craving for control and it is stuffed
in the crevice of false balance. Must I be satisfied and give
my approval for the reason - I who know so little and claim to
be a Soldier, leaning on Him?
What Soldier would escape severe
rebuke if, when given a command, demanded an explanation?
Let us pick up the Banner of the
Cross and march, not because we have seen and agree with all
aspects of the infinite, divine, eternal plan, but because
we are obedient!
