Are you getting
married tomorrow? Enjoy it, but remember, you must be a
minister of Life. Are you going to a funeral of someone whose going leaves you with the deepest human loss? Remember, you must be a minister of Life. Are you having a baby soon? Are you a Soldier of the Cross? You must remember that you are a minister of Life. The next time you have a flat tire, loose a tooth, or rear-end another vehicle, remember: God is sovereign. Nothing that happens is either out of His control or is out of the realm of ministry for the Soldier of the Cross. The things that happen to others that are treated as a matter of course are not so for the Soldier of the Cross. Remember? We are to live as though He were to call us up to meet Him in the air any minute. No exceptions. No excuses. |
