He that is in
the world surely does seem strong much of the time. Remember that the greatest deceit and the fiercest rage comes from deliberate lies, and that is all the enemy can do. He is not capable of speaking even one correct fact unless it to use it in a dishonest way. Don't listen to him. The battle is already won. We have a Rock. We have a Fortress. We have a High Tower. Moreover, He indwells the Soldier of the Cross! We sing it and say it, but we must learn to rest on it: Greater is He that is in you than He that is in the world. |
