No deliberate
offense is small to the Lord. The smallest deliberate sin needs to be confessed. Today many Christians just wait until they feel better and do not go to the Lord in a spirit of repentence. Seemingly small untruths, a negative attitude, a word against a Brother - all these are little doorways, open for more activity of the enemy. When sin is allowed to accumulate, the believer can get numb, and it is a guarantee that the Lord will not ignore the situation. It will take quite a chastening to restore fellowship. Soldier, the Cross is for the death of the flesh. Let's take it up and call things the way they are - according to the Word of God! |
