     Most of our suffering is brought on by disobedience or ignorance of God's Word.
     Believers are often unaware that the Lord has not designed them to think about 
negative things and they wrestle and wrangle in the mind to gain some form of
control from hindsight.
     Quarrels often take place in the mind before they are spit into the air.
     I have on occasion heard Christians object to the weather.
     Brothers and sisters, the pilgrim's journey has been mapped out with some 
wilderness and there is no way to avoid it.  Those are places where we are loved 
enough to be pressed into His arms.
     But there are plenty of other times and places when we have choice.  And we must 
take His Word literally and develop a Holy Spirit sensitivity to our own attitudes.
     It is the result of prayer - prayer to be changed and made like Him.
