     The fire in the heart that is the Presence of God comes from choices that line up
with God's Word.    
     Those who are willing to leave all behind and follow Him, make room for the Lord
and have taken a vector that moves away from the things that quench the Spirit.
     It is absolutely not possible to have the real infilling of the Holy Spirit without a
conscious act of the will, making one's self fully available.  There are experiences that
many claim to be the infilling, but more often than not, they are manifestations of the
supernatural - some of the Lord and some not. They are not necessarily the infilling
of the Holy Spirit.
     When we are born again, we enter into the family of God and the Holy Spirit most
definitely indwells.  But the real infilling is entirely another matter.
     God is not cheap.  He is not a single experience nor is He multiple experiences.
The gifts are given as He sees fit, and I have seen many exercise those gifts when
I knew beyond a shadow of a doubt they had no clue about the real infilling.
     Those who are "being filled"  (amplified version) constantly, are experiencing the
Holy Spirit as the result of a submissive heart.  They have supernatural Love for one
another.  They are not fault-finders.  They are long suffering.  Furthermore, they usually
do not make displays of the gifts.
      His Presence comes at a cost - everything.  
     Soldier, do not get sucked in to the spectacular.  
     He is enough.
