     Peace does not come when all is resolved.
     Peace comes when there is an absence of turmoil, guilt, and worry.
     That is the reason the unbeliever can not have real peace - it is only available
when the Redeemed Ones are covered by the Blood and  enabled to chose faith
instead of struggle.
     The Walking on the Water experience comes when it is not possible to ride
above things, and all around can see and know well the pull of gravity that tugs others
into the experience of spiritual death.
     Then, faith allows the Christian to do what is not possible humanly - take the next 
step in a normal manner, as though there were no crashing billows.
     Soldier, we can not learn this without difficult situations.  Stop and back up from 
your situation.  Look at it from a distance and pray about it as it really is, rather than
how you feel about it.
     Tell the Lord outloud you will follow Him, look at Him, and mostly, trust Him.
     Take His outstretched hand and don't look down!
