     How is it we can be "being filled" with the Holy Spirit all the time?
     By being submitted.
     The Holy Spirit though an equal member of The Godhead, is unobtrusive.  He is 
tender and there are times when His Presence and infilling are delicate - that is to 
say,He is not available upon casual request, but there must be Room for Him in the 
human heart.
     Today, the Holy Spirit does not manifest Himself for recreation, nor upon demand.  
But He is fully present with and empowers the believer who is willing and eager to 
leave all behind and be at the immediate and complete service to the Master.
     There are a few times in your life when you will feel the Holy Spirit.  You will sense
Him often and you will always recognize Him.
     But do not expect to use Him.
     Let Him use you.!
