Do not look
to be settled, save in Christ.
Because we always seem to need
to be reminded of the basics, let me state again that this is
not our home, and yes, it is normal for the Soldier of the Cross
to have constant motion.
The soul can be still while the
storm rages, but there is not a chance the spiritual weather
will be clear for very long.
We have One in Whom we dwell, and
we must learn to live in Him, so that we are not living
in the things that swirl around us.
There may be a brief season when
things seem settled and quiet, but it won't last very long. Time
is coming to a close, and so is all we see.
Although founded on the Rock, we
move on - always move on.
