     Serving and obeying the Lord is a matter of physical obedience, is it not?
     How true it is that when we obey with the body, the Lord honors that obedience by protecting the mind from satanic assault.
     Almost all of what we do is physical. Think about it:
     Facial expression.
     The spoken word.
     Prayer -( must be outloud and that makes it a physical obedience that is offered spiritually)
     The reading and memorizing of the Word
     Being with the Body of Christ
     Ministering to the Body of Christ
     Encouraging the Saints
     Just continue naming the evidences of the Lord in a Soldier's life, and with the exception of the thought life, they all require physical obedience.
     Soldier of the Cross, govern your body.
     Do not yawn in meetings. Make yourself sit straight. Sing loudly. After the meeting, honor the Lord and go to the very one you wish to avoid, and greet him.
     Is your body a living sacrifice or is it not?
     Your physical actions will determine the answer.
