     Prayer exposes things.
     Prayer uncovers the things that are hidden by the Lord, whose purpose it is to train us.
     Prayer sheds light on the dark things with which the enemy would deceive us.
     Prayer plants roots in the very things that seem so illusive until the Soldier continues in that very prayer.
     Strongholds are brought down and the enemy flees under the fire of prevailing prayer, because nothing can withstand His light.
     Not even darkest darkness can withstand the light.
     As the old hymn says:
        Pray while the storm clouds gather above. . .
        Pray 'till the light breaks through.
