     You have volunteered to be a Soldier of the Cross.
     What does that mean? 
     It means you have agreed with God on the matter of the death of the flesh.  It means 
you have made a commitment to offer your body and faculties as a living sacrifice on 
a daily basis.
     It does not mean a life of asceticism, but it does mean an eager welcoming of His
discipline and correction.  
     It also means your response to His gift of salvation is to take up the  Cross and 
follow.
     You can't follow Christianity - you must follow Him.
     Soldier, everyone is watching you.  
     The angels, the demons, your earthly family, your friends, your enemies - all are 
watching.
      Every tiny little thing counts!
