     People develop and heal at different rates.
     We don't know what is really happening in the other person much of the time,so
it is dangerous to decide motives or thoughts based on external reactions.
     How many times have you heard someone say "Oh, he is just that way. . ."  Then
that person will treat him according to the proclaimed judgment and lose the
opportunity to minister to him.
     It is easy to assume young people can change quickly and older people really
can't completely change.
     However real, lasting change comes as the result of God's Touch and nothing 
else.  The one who is changed is that way because his sight has been healed and
Grace has enabled him to obey and move forward.
     He has seen Jesus.
     It is not harder for the Lord to change someone old than someone young.
     Grace is not less effective in the older heart.
     God does not have levels of difficulty.
     We must pray and minister according to Reality.
