     Do not compare yourself to others.
     It is difficult to refrain because it is no much easier to see the strengths and gifts
of others.  
     Particularly in Christian service this is true.  One always feels less spiritual or
holds himself to be less needed than the one who ministers to him.  Yet, it is the Lord
who ministers, and He is looking only for availability.
     We are encouraged and buoyed up when mature believers visit or preach or
write or call.  We are also just as encouraged when new Christians are seeing and 
following Jesus.  It is the same Lord.  the same Spirit.  The same encouragement.
     We do not have the capacity to evaluate our own effectiveness or impact.
     We must look at the One we serve and be about His business!
