     Fire does not exist without burning.
     The people of God need His Fire - it is His very Presence, and it reduces to ash
what is not important and eternal. 
     If there is no Fire, there is no God.  The problem comes when Christians back
away from His purifying work, but think they can still enjoy His Presence.  When this 
happens, they do not see or discern Him, and begin functioning strictly by human
instinct, knowledge and experience.
     Brothers and Sisters, it may sting for a season, but He will do a deep, burning 
work if allowed.
