     The Lord can do the same thing with a pile of ashes that He can with a pile of gold.
     He does not need human excellence or achievement or beauty to use as 
ingredients in creating Glory.
     As a matter of fact, He never starts with enough - always less than enough.
     He never picks the strongest - always someone who needs him.
     He never finishes early - only at the instant of necessity.
     It can and will change in an instant.  Just keep looking up.
