Absolutely no one 
is beyond hope.
There are times when the Body must be protected, and a trouble 
maker kept out.
There are times when needy folks should not have the thing 
they request, but must have the thing or the attention withheld.
Nevertheless, 
no one is beyond His Touch. His Arm can reach into the deepest recesses of the 
blackest heart.
For when the heart is hard, it is not harder for Him.
You 
are not allowed to give up.
