Daily Devotional
 
      
 
Lord, today I stand before you and ask that you teach me
more completely to refrain from preserving my own life.
Please teach me, oh Lord, to press on  into the seeking of
you and the following of you.
Lord, please do the deepest possible work within me, so as to
take all that I am and use me to glorify yourself. I desperately
long to taste the deepest intimacy with you possible, and
I know it comes at the cost of the death of the flesh.
Today, I again cross the Line, Lord - I stand before you as 
a Soldier of the Cross, ready, willing, yet never able without
learning to depend on you.
Teach me oh Lord, to look up and move on.
