Why is the opinion of another 
so valuable to us?
Because the taking up of The Cross is a process.
 
The life of the flesh is all horizontal and depends on and relates to illusion 
only.
Soldier, His opinion is the one that matters. If others misunderstand, 
they will see the truth in heaven. 
If others have opinions that are grander 
than reality, those opinions stroke and feed a place that needs to die.
An 
older woman once told me that negative criticism and accolades should be received 
the same way by a Christian.
Neither should penetrate and both should 
be dealt with by The Cross.
