You must be in the Word of God afresh.
Not 
only will you see and hear Jesus, but without regular time in the Word, you cannot 
possibly pray.
Occasionally there are those in prison or in some other extreme 
physical constraint, and the Holy Spirit can make exceptions in those situations.
But 
Soldier of the Cross, a busy schedule or a lack of desire - neither constitutes 
a reason to disobey. 
You need fuel. The fuel of the Word. 
Then, 
and only then will you be able to pray in His Name.
